  • How does the pickup & delivery service work?

    When you place an order with WASH LAB, you choose a pickup date/time. Our driver arrives at your door within that scheduled window to collect your laundry. After it’s professionally cleaned (in our Bronx facility or nearest location), it’s returned to you neatly folded or hung (as requested), all on your selected delivery date.

  • What are the turnaround times?

    We normally return residential wash & fold orders within 24-48 hours, depending on when your pickup is scheduled. For commercial linens (hotels, spas, gyms), we offer scheduled pickups with customized delivery schedules you can rely on. If you have urgent items, just let us know — we’ll see if rush service is possible.

  • What types of items do you clean, and are there extra fees for bulky or specialty items?

    We clean all regular linens, towels, sheets, clothing, gym gear, etc. Items like comforters, duvets, heavy blankets or specialty fabrics may incur an extra per-item fee, because they need special washing and drying processes. If you have delicate items, hang-dry requests, or specific detergent preferences, just let us know when you schedule your pickup.

  • Do I have to be home for pickup or delivery? What if I live in a building with a doorman?

    You don’t need to be home. If you live in a doorman building, our driver can drop off or pick up at the doorman desk (just leave instructions when placing your order). If you aren’t home, you can also specify a safe place for pickup or where to leave the clean items on delivery. We always ask for these instructions ahead of time so there’s no confusion.

  • How do I pay, and is there a minimum order fee or delivery charge?

    Payment is made online at the time you schedule pickup (credit or debit). For residential orders, we may have a minimum order weight or value (this helps us consolidate routes and offer you better service). Delivery charges may apply for certain locations or smaller orders; for commercial clients we often set customized pricing (and may waive delivery fees) depending on the volume and frequency.
